Many items ship same or next day, however due to huge influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship quickly.
Typically, if your order was placed Monday through Thursday it will be shipped the within 1-2 days, however at times it may take 3-5 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship within 3-5 days. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has shipped.
Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience! We have an extremely high overall customer service and satisfaction rating for a reason :)
We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to select countries. After purchasing an item, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Talentless does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed bythe customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different cost per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs)are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Return Package Responsibility
Helpful Hint: Talentless is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Rancho Dominguez, CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Talentless will not be able to process your return in a timely manner.
Returns are offered within 30 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. With the exception of items marked FINAL SALE such as sale items and brown bag items. All sale items are marked as final sale. We can accommodate size exchanges on these items, but we are not able to process any refunds.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the date your package arrives to us for your return or exchange to be processed.
Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If a product is defective or received incorrectly, we will be happy to provide a return shipping label.
If you wish to exchange items to a different size, we will be happy to process the exchange, so long as the new item is in stock and the original items being exchanged are unworn, unaltered and in new condition (no smells, stains, makeup, bodily fluids, etc) with all tags attached. Customers will need to ship the exchange back to us to process any exchanges. Once we receive the product, the exchange will be sent free of charge back out to the customer.

You will be able to advise the reason for the return. Please be as honest as possible to help us correct any issues correctly and process them as best as we can.
If you would like to process an exchange, you will be directed to a small note box where you can insert a descriptive text advising what items you would like to receive in your exchange order. In this box please let us know the item name, color, and size you would like to receive. This way we will be able to process the exchange correctly.
Once the product is received please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.
