I have been trying to exchange this item for days now. ive sent multiple messages, some 10 days ago and havent heard back once. It wont let me exchange them online. Ive called, emailed, etc. and nothing. when you call their number it says "sorry but this number isnt accepting voicemails" & just hangs up on you. literally such a joke. the email address on their website is even incorrect. it says ".co" instead of ".com"
