ORDERS

If you would like to modify your order and it has not been processed, please email contact@talentless.co. Once your order has been prepped for shipping, it cannot be modified.

Placing items into your shopping cart does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

If an item is listed as sold out, it is unavailable for purchase. You can click the ‘size sold out?’ link on the product page and sign up to receive restock notifications. You can also reach out to us at contact@talentless.co for more information.

Your best bet is to sign up for SMS, you'll be first to know about new styles and promotions. You can also stay updated with our latest releases by signing up for our email newsletter or by following us on social media.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All available currencies are listed in the drop-down menu under the flag icon. The flag icon can found in the header at the top right off the screen.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were made, your shipment destination and the value of your purchase, and will appear as a separate line item at checkout if not already included in product prices. 

Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

Unfortunately, for international orders, we are unable to ship to Post Office (PO) Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

SHIPPING

Yes! To ship internationally, we partner with Global-e. Global-e is a trusted global ecommerce vendor whose solution allows us to provide the best possible user experience to our international customers. Please select the flag icon in the top right corner to see which countries we ship too and select accordingly. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.

TALENTLESS aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to be packed in our warehouse, but may take as long as 3-5 business days to leave our warehouse. After that, it will arrive to you based off of the shipping estimate given to you at checkout. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. Please check to see if you purchased a back order item, which normally ship within 1-2 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience! We have an extremely high overall customer service and satisfaction rating for a reason.

In a rush? We provide the option to purchase priority processing, which will allow you to jump the queue in the warehouse and guarantee the order is packed and on it's way within 1 business day.

TALENTLESS aims to ship out all back ordered items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-2 weeks for any pre-orders or backorders to ship. If you have any questions, please contact us.

We offer international shipping but at this time are unable to ship to Afghanistan, Ascension, Burma, Central African Republic, Cuba, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, North Korea, Pitcairn Island, Saint Helena, Saint Pierre, Miquelon, Somalia, Syria, Tajikistan and Tristan da Cunha.

Email us at contact@talentless.co and we can give you more information. While we do everything we can to prevent any customs fees, holds, or taxes charged to you upon arrival, we cannot guarantee this. If these do occur, we are not responsible for paying these costs. The responsibility is yours, the customer. As well, if you send the package back due to any of the above reasons we will not issue a refund.

For domestic orders we do ship to PO Boxes.

All orders shipped to California addresses are subject to state sales tax and may be subject to local taxes. Orders to all other U.S states will not be subject to any sales tax. 

All orders are shipped from our facility in Los Angeles, California.

Priority processing allows you to skip the queue. In our shipping platform it will filter your order to the top and our team will make sure it's shipped same day.

RETURNS

Returns are offered within 20 days after product delivery on items that are unworn, unaltered and in new condition with all tags attached. Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In order to return an item, please email us at contact@talentless.co OR

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, we recommend simply buying the product you desire (this will ensure the product does not sell out by the time we receive your item back). FIT & SIZING

We include a 'size chart' and a 'find my fit' feature on all product pages. We also add in the description of each product the height of the model and other notable sizing callouts.

GARMENT CARE

Each style has special care instructions attached to the garment. We suggest washing every garment on cold and tumble drying on low heat. Please do not iron artwork. If you have any questions regarding garment care, please reach out to us at contact@talentless.co.
