November Giveaway 2024
1. GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD
The entry period for the Talentless "$1000 Store Credit Giveaway" ("Giveaway") begins on November 1, 2024, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on November 27, 2024, at 11:59 PM PT ("Giveaway Entry Period"). One (1) winner will be selected on or about November 28, 2024, and notified via email. Entry into the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
2. SPONSOR
The Giveaway is sponsored by Talentless, LLC ("Sponsor"), located at:

3. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Talentless, LLC, their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse), and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Entry Period, entrants may enter by:
- Visiting talentless.co and completing the online entry form to subscribe to Talentless marketing emails.
Alternatively, entrants can enter without subscribing by legibly handwriting their full name, mailing address, email address, and the phrase "Talentless $1000 Store Credit Giveaway" on a 3" x 5" postcard and mailing it to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Giveaway Entry Period and received by November 27, 2024. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of the method of entry.
Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be void. Any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods will result in disqualification from the Giveaway and all future Talentless promotions. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the natural person who is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter this Giveaway will be deemed the entrant. Any use of automated systems to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE
On or about November 28, 2024, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Entry Period.
Odds of Winning: Depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize Details:
- One (1) $1000 Store Credit to be used on talentless.co (Approximate Retail Value: $1000)
Store credit must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance and can be applied to any regular-priced merchandise on talentless.co. Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. The store credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within approximately seven (7) days following the drawing. The winner must respond within ten (10) days of notification to claim the prize. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and where legal, a publicity release within seven (7) days of notification. Winners may be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of their prize. Winners are responsible for any associated shipping, handling, and tax obligations.
If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
7. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or technical malfunctions
- Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software
- Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway
- Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries
- Lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail
- Any injury or damage to persons or property
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Giveaway, the prizes, and all materials provided through the Giveaway are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Prizes awarded through the Giveaway are not subject to Talentless's warranty for purchased products and will have no eligibility for repair or replacement for any defects.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
11. PRIVACY AND CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://talentless.co/policies/privacy-policy. By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
California Privacy Notice: This Giveaway may be considered a "financial incentive" under the California Consumer Privacy Act because we are giving entrants something in exchange for the collection and retention of their personal information. The value of such personal information is related to the value we offer to entrants for participation in the Giveaway. Participation is voluntary, and you may opt out of the Giveaway at any time by contacting Sponsor.
12. DISPUTES
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Giveaway or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in California, and entrants consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules.
